Our role

Loodgieterhulp is a matching platform: we connect requesters and professionals. We do not carry out work ourselves and are not a party to the agreement between you and the professional.

Prices, planning and payment are arranged directly with the professional of your choice.

For requesters

Submitting a request is free and without obligation. Your request is shared with up to 3 vetted professionals. You are never obliged to accept a quote.

Displayed price guides are indications based on market data; professionals set their own rates.

For professionals

Participation requires a valid Chamber of Commerce registration and business liability insurance. Leads are paid with credits; invalid leads (wrong contact details, duplicate requests) are refunded.

Structural complaints from requesters can lead to removal from the platform.

Liability

We carefully vet affiliated companies but are not liable for the execution of work by professionals. We're happy to hear complaints about a professional and mediate where possible.
